Community Service Efforts

The RIMOM is a two-day FREE dental clinic is held once a year and provides free dental care to the uninsured, underinsured or anyone who cannot access dental care.

At the clinic, patients will initially undergo a health and dental evaluation, and will then be provided with treatment on a first-come, first-served basis, based on their oral health needs.

Services include cleanings, fillings, x-rays, tooth extractions, root canal treatment on front teeth only, oral health instructions, small denture repairs and a limited number of partial dentures to replace missing front teeth. These are provided by licensed dental professional volunteers.

The clinic is staffed with over 250 dental & medical volunteers and over 200 community volunteers who graciously give their time, talent and clinical expertise to provide FREE dental services to deserving patients.

Several members of our staff have consistently volunteered at the Mission of Mercy  2012-2019. We look forward to doing more every year for the Providence area in any way that we can.
